Bus Service for the Bourtons
Posted by Julie Tomlin on Aug 18 2009Bourtons Parish Council are waiting for an official statement about the bus service. We understand that the new service will not start as planned in September. The operator has not been successful in tendering for the route in Northamptonshire so is considering its position. In the meantime we understand that the "temporary" bus service will continue to serve the Bourtons. As soon as the picture is clearer we will publish a full explanation. Clearly this is very disappointing news for all parties and the Parish Council and District Councillor are doing all that we can to clarify the situation and get the best service for the Bourtons.
