How will the Banbury flood alleviation scheme impact on the Bourtons?

The proposed embankment will be built up to 4.5m high and will run between canal and the river from Banbury to Cropredy. It will be visible from the Bourtons, and will be built from earth excavated between the M40 and Little Bourton. You can see the details of the scheme here.
