2. MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING
The minutes of the previous meeting were read, approved and signed
3. MATTERS ARISING
1. Website: submit information etc for events. All to think of acts and entertainments we can approach. ALL
2. Lights in alleyway to be repaired by highways
3. JA has approached Mr Aldred senior re new notice board JA
5. Now in bulk oil supply scheme. GE to keep an eye GE
6. Questionnaire for villagers re entertainment ideas - enclose with Broadsheet MD & MH
7. Cups in kitchen very stained. Will try cleaning and if unsuccessful will look at ordering new RH
4. REPAIRS, ALTERATIONS & IMPROVEMENTS
Wheelchair and emergency lights to be checked at each VHMC meeting. ALL
Boiler ongoing - with PC
List of key holders - MM will send out book for entries please MM

6. ENTERTAINMENTS
CDC has sent new info about acts for hire via Chipping Norton theatre, but v expensive for our hall due to number of seats. Committee awaiting result of questionnaire
Cast of Four (JA) + fish and chip supper - to be confirmed, maybe 2012 JA
Dempsey & Broughton (folk) willing to perform. Dates to be investigated CB
Entertainments Licence - still awaiting response.
